These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pet's Care iOS application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Teodor ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pet's Care in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pet's Care is a pet health record management application that provides:

• AI-powered extraction of health data from veterinary documents
• Medication tracking and schedule management
• Daily wellness logging for your pets
• AI-powered chat for pet health inquiries
• Multi-pet and shared access management

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use Pet's Care, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others (use the built-in sharing features instead)

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Pet's Care, including pet health records, documents, and photos ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store your User Content on our servers
• Process your User Content through AI services to provide the features of the Service
• Display your User Content back to you and authorized users you share access with

This license ends when you delete the content or your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without permission
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to process health data for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We make no warranty that AI-extracted data is accurate, complete, or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Termination

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at petscare.app@gmail.com. Deleting your account will remove all your data from our systems within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
