Pet's Care ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Teodor and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Pet's Care iOS application and related website (collectively, the "Service").

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Pet health data: Pet names, species, breeds, ages, health records, diagnoses, medications, vaccination records, lab results, and daily wellness logs you enter or upload.
• Uploaded documents: Photos of veterinary documents, invoices, and health records you submit for AI processing.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and general usage patterns.
• Chat history: Messages you send to the AI health chat feature.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure your data is only accessible to you and those you explicitly share it with. All communications between the app and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and pet health records at any time through the app
• Export your data — contact us to request a data export
• Delete your account and all associated data — contact us or use the delete account option in the app
• Correct inaccurate information at any time within the app

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data and pet health records within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or compliance purposes.

Pet's Care is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at petscare.app@gmail.com.
